There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the neighborhood and the Villa Heights Community Organization. We’ve compiled a list of opportunities, along with information to get you started.
Monthly Meetings –
The 2nd Monday of each month, 6:30pm, at Free Range Brewing (2320 North Davidson Street). Attending regular meetings keeps you up to date on what’s going on in our neighborhood, including land use discussions, re-zoning efforts, CMPD crime updates, neighborhood gatherings and volunteer efforts, and more! Even if you can’t arrive at 6:30p, there will still be lots of great discussion going on when you get there!
Free Range serves both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages during the meeting. We so appreciate FRB being a great supporter of our community!
Board and Committee Positions –
We have a busy team of volunteers who work to keep our neighborhood flowing smoothly. Check out our board and committee pages to see who is currently filling these rolls. We are always looking for additional volunteers to help out, so email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to help your neighborhood!
Volunteer Opportunities –
Volunteer opportunities abound! From regular park clean up days, to filling a roll on the board or a committee, to helping to plan the next social gathering – there are lots of opportunities to get involved! Please reach out at our next neighborhood meeting or via email at email@example.com .
Community Cleanups are on the VHCO calendar!
